FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CEO of DPCI Given Leadership Role at Henry Stewart Symposium in New York City

Bachana Develops Content and Programming and enlists industry experts to participate in May 2008 Digital Asset Management conference

New York, NY - Apr 02, 2008 - DPCI, a provider of integrated technology solutions for organizations that need to publish content to Web, print, and mobile channels, today announced that its President and Founder, Joseph Bachana, has collaborated with industry experts to develop a comprehensive best practices in digital asset management track for the Henry Stewart Symposium at the Marriot Marquis in New York on May 12-13.

As the chair for the best practices track, Mr. Bachana has developed the program and content and invited experts and thought leaders in the digital asset management community to participate in the sessions.

Bachana will also keynote the session, "Digital Asset Management Forensics 201: A Look at Hits and Misses in 2007," where he will focus on the latest trends in technology and best project practices that have developed within the industry over the past year and what to expect in 2008.

The digital asset management conference track on day one will include the following sessions:

  • "DAM Forensics 201: A Look at Hits and Misses in 2007"
  • "State of the Industry & Latest Developments"
  • "A Vendor-Independent Approach to Selecting the Best DAM System"
  • Expert Roundtable: "DAM Procurement Best Practices"
  • "Best Practices in the Implementation of a Digital Asset Management System"
  • "Project Management 301: The 'special sauce' for project managing your Digital Asset Management implementation"
  • Executive Roundtable: "2007 in Review: Best Practices and Lessons Learned"

On day two, Mr. Bachana will moderate an "Enterprise DAM Vendor Shoot Out," which will include panelists from several digital asset management software vendors. Additionally, Bachana will have members of the DPCI team answer questions about digital asset management best practices from attendees of the Symposium in an "Ask the Experts" session.

"Digital asset management technology has been around for over a decade, yet we still see a gap between the needs and expectations of organizations implementing digital asset management and the products themselves," explained Mr. Bachana. "This symposium and specifically the best practices track will look at ways that organizations can improve project success and also seize newer opportunities stemming from emerging trends."
