As Technical Services Manager at DPCI, Ivan manages enterprise digital asset management, web content management, and workflow management implementations on behalf of DPCI's customers. Ivan holds a Masters in Printing Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is the author of "Hand of a Master: Achievements in the Graphic Arts" (RIT Press, 2002).
As Senior Field Engineer at DPCI, Rob Underwood is responsible for a wide range of services including training, technical support, and systems integration.
The co-author of six Adobe training books, Underwood is an Adobe Certified Print Specialist, an Adobe Certified Expert in InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat, and Certified Technical Training (CTT). In addition to articles on the Creative Suite, Rob also writes on K4 Editorial System.
Craig has been on the DPCI team since 2001, and in that time he has participated in building content management applications for some of DPCI's key customers. Most recently, Craig has been on the core Drupal development team, implementing Drupal solutions for DPCI customers.
A graduate of University of Michigan, Craig heads up DPCI's west coast offices. His blog is focused on business and technical topics in content technologies.
Jeff Rigby is a core Drupal Developer at DPCI, having architected solutions for organizations such as Allied Advertising (www.gofobo.com), IPI (www.memberlink.net), and PMG (https://warl.securedonation.org/warl/form). Jeff was also a core contributor to projects at NYSHA (www.nysha.org), Hachette Filipacchi Media US (www.pointclickhome.com), and many others.
A graduate of Columbia University's Engineering School, Conor McNamara has been working in web design and development for the past five years. While specializing in PHP and MySQL, he also has experience with website design and is a team resource at DPCI for converting design documents into xhtml and CSS. Conor has been building sites for DPCI's clients using Drupal, an open-source CMS platform.
Samuel Wilson is an attorney and versatile business consultant. Sam attained his law degree at the George Washington University Law School and received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from The University of South Carolina and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. In Sam's blog he focuses on the legal and business aspects of content management, digital asset management, and multi-channel publishing.
