Mr. Bachana began his career in the late 1980's at the New York Times in its Production Technology Group. He furthered his career at the Associated Press as technical services manager for AP AdSend, the digital delivery system from advertisers to AP member newspapers.

Prior to working at DPCI, Ms. Gardner was Manager of Products and Services for IMAGE Inc., a publishing technology integration firm. Ms. Gardner holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University.
As VP/Client Services, Ms. Gardner manages all project engagements for DPCI and ensures that processes are optimized for maximum success. Ms. Gardner, who is PMP-certified, has gained notoriety in the industry for excellence in program management. Ms. Gardner has been with DPCI since May 2001.
