What: Joseph Bachana, CEO of DPCI, is co-chairing the multi-channel publishing segment of the Quark Professional Summit.

Bachana will speak at the following Summit sessions:

* Multi-Channel Overview A Primer
This session will go over the principles behind multi-channel publishing and marketing, why companies are doing it, and what are some of the impediments to implementing multi-channel solutions. Mr. Bachana is Moderator.

* Best Practices in Multi-Channel Solutions
Mr. Bachana will present how companies go about designing and implementing a multi-channel system. Best practices for project managing such implementations. What metrics do companies use to evaluate how an implementation is going, and after an implementation has completed, whether the company is meeting its business case goals.

* Multi-Channel Experts Ask The Experts session
Mr. Bachana will participate in this panel discussion, format is Q&A from the audience. The emphasis of this session is the future of multi-channel, where it is going, what technologies are converging, what is multi-channel being integrated with (MRM, CMS, CRM, BPM, DAM). What are the challenges that multi-channel technology hasn't addressed yet.
