NYSHA's Website shares a Drupal platform with the sites of its sister intstitutions, the Farmers' Museum and the Fenimore Art Museum, saving all three in time and operational costs.

The New York State Historical Association (NYSHA) is a private, non-profit, membership-based, educational and cultural institution dedicated to preserving, collecting, and interpreting art and historical artifacts significant to New York State's rich history and American culture. DPCI implemented Drupal for NYSHA and its two sister organizations, the Farmers' Museum and the Fenimore Art Museum. The system allows the collective to share content and operate a distance learning portal for online educational programs.

Project highlights:

• Drupal's multi-site administration capabilities allow NYSHA to share content among the sites and sections in the appropriate theme. The system will auto-select the appropriate theme based on taxonomy, URL, or domain.
• Unified administration for all sections and sites for NYSHA, Fenimore, and Farmers'
• Extensive e-commerce capabilities integrated with NYSHA's existing point of sale system
