Image Sequence - "Image Sequence" is a term used in the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite. Image Sequences are a way of making frame-based animations for tablet devices.
Information Architecture (IA) - The way that information (text, images, navigation) is organized on a Website so
that content is easy and logical to find. Defining IA is one of the earliest
activities in the design and implementation of a Web content management system.
Installation Profile - A core feature of the Drupal CMS that "turns on" functionality and pre-configures a Drupal installation, so that immediately after install, the site is closer to being production-ready.
International Digital Enterprise Alliance - IDEAlliance - Industry organization involved in developing, educating, and validating standards within the graphic arts, publishing and information technology fields.
Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) - The success to the current Internet Protocol, which has a relatively limited
address space to support the rapid growth of networked devices around the Globe
today.
IPv6 are 128 bits long instead of the 32 bit length of IPv4 and will
consequently greatly forestall address exhaustion that was immanent in the
smaller address space of IPv4.
Issue - An "Issue" is a collection stacks that can be published to an application on a tablet device in the Adobe Digital Publishing System. Issues are created in Adobe InDesign and uploaded to the Adobe servers. The term issue was discontinued after the pre-release trial of the DPS ended. "Issues" are now called "Folios."
