This is a glossary of Wiki Terms.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) - The science of locating concepts from an ontology in free text using a
pre-defined taxonomy. NLP is concerned with trying to determine 'meaning' from a
text string.

In publishing, NLP is an invaluable method for companies to extract meaning
from article content for quicker retrieval of interrelated content elements.
