WebTop Publishing - The practice of accessing print design templates and creating new print design documents directly from a Web browser, without the need for QuarkXPress or InDesign. WebTop publishing software requires a server-side design application such as QuarkServer, InDesign Server, or proprietary software such as PageFlex. These products interact with Web applications to render WYSIWYG versions of templates. Users fill in form data for text and images that need to appear on the page, then submit those variables through the Web application, which in turn passes the variables to the design application.

WebTop Publishing can also offer the opportunity to drive file versions from a data set, be it from a relational database or from an XML or delimited file. The best products on market allow for both 'untouched by human hands' creation of file versions as well as self-serve portals for users to create their own versions of files. Testimonials

From guiding us through the requirements phase and developing the system, to helping manage the initiative, DPCI has been a great partner for us. The new content management system implementation was a huge project that has been a major success. I now have the peace of mind, knowing that our infrastructure is stable and scalable.
